A customer approached us saying that he has an older device that does not extract enough and he cannot find the manufacturer of the filters. We inspected the equipment at the customer's place and found out what type of filters it is. We suggested him alternative filters that are identical. Subsequently, we supplied him with filters and replaced and checked the equipment. The device is back in operation and works at 100%.
